San Lorenzo Village Homes Association
Applications for Alterations to Property
The San Lorenzo Village Homes Association enforces the covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs) on the deeds of most properties within San Lorenzo Village (see historical enforcement statistics). Homeowners whose properties are subject to these CC&Rs must seek permission of the association if they wish to do anything to their property that requires board approval (second-story addition, exterior color choice, etc.). In addition, homeowners seeking variances from county zoning rules must first get a recommendation from the association board.|
Homeowner applications for approval of alterations to property are approved or disapproved by association staff, subject to review by the board and action by the board in closed session or at a regular board meeting (open to members).
